MEET NYLES
Originally from Nassau, Bahamas, I moved to the United States at 18 years old for education and to extend my track and field passion. I currently reside in the Atlanta, Georgia area, and I still enjoy human movement and would like to share a gift of fitness with you.

I’m Nyles, your new trainer.
I started my journey unlike most people. I was an athlete for 23 years of my life. The picture on the left is represents what happened to me after I retired from years of being a track and field athlete. The picture on the right is when I knew once this is where I truly belong and I have made a commitment to remain the guy on the right lol.
Just like most athletes, there is usually a disconnect from why we pursued high performance in sports, to the longevity of a healthy lifestyle. I used to live for a party, I had half decent eating and living habits, but you would never know if you I show you a photo of myself back then.

Fast forward into the future post retirement (just 2 years later), I gained over 40 pounds; obviously I didn't see the value of the years of being an athlete, and as a result, I became like everyone else.
Like most people, even as a trainer, in my return to a healthy lifestyle, I have also been confused about where to begin, trying a bunch of different ways to get back in shape, to also get to happier state of mind. I want you to know your current body, your current level of fitness, and your current life is NOT your fate. You can make a decision to be better and I BELIEVE IN YOU.
Starting is always the hardest part, however, once you develop the habits for success, it becomes second nature and you have no idea of the potential greatness you hold within yourself.
I have been in the trenches and have done all of the thinking and testing to eliminate the guess work. Not only when it comes to your workout, to what you need to eat, and what exercises you need to do in order to achieve your total body transformation. Each workout, each meal, each day is all customized for you in one bullet-proof package based on your level of skill and your goals.
My programs are not only designed to get you fit, but they are designed to guide you through your own journey of transformation so you can reach your full potential. That will always be my number one goal for you...lets go!
